He honored his phone quote even though he installed the 2 springs that the installer should have used instead of the one they did use. He adjusted and tightened all the hardware and chain. I could not give you an example of better service in all my 63 years. Obviously I gave him a generous tip and now I know whom to contact when I or my friends have garage door problems in the future and we all know that we will.
